Privacy notice for this website
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This notice covers the public chronordo.com website only. How the ChronOrdo application processes a hospital’s employee data is governed by the data processing agreement and its technical and organisational measures annex, which we provide to your institution before any contract is signed.
Who processes your data
The controller for this website is ZanderLogic d.o.o., OIB 76778519738. For any data protection question, write to privacy@chronordo.com.
Data stored on your device
If you switch between the light and dark theme, that choice is written to your browser’s local storage so we can restore it on your next visit. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and cannot identify you. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
Fonts and other assets
Every font, image and stylesheet is served from our own domain. The page makes no request to any third-party server, so visiting this site does not disclose your IP address to Google or to any content delivery network.
Server logs
The server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These logs are not linked to your identity and are not used for profiling.
- the IP address the request came from
- the date, time and address requested
- the browser and operating system details your browser sends itself
When you write to us
There are no forms on this site — contact is by email only. If you write to us, we process your address, name and the content of your message to reply and, if you ask, to arrange a demonstration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in business correspondence.
How long we keep things
Server logs are kept for the shortest period useful for security and troubleshooting. Business correspondence is kept while the contact is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted — or retained only where a statute requires it.
Your rights
You have the right of access, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to privacy@chronordo.com and we will answer within the periods set by the GDPR.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop@azop.hr, +385 1 4609 000.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the way the site works changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top. Introducing any analytics, cookie or third-party content requires this notice to change in the same moment.
